For an instance we have enzymes, cells, and sugars as examples of things found in the blood. What constitutes the highest percentage in the blood is water. Blood is normally red in color. Oxygenated blood is dark red in color while deoxygenated blood light red in color. There are various functions of the blood. The body is kept warm through the circulation of the blood through its vessels. Some of the examples of classes of blood vessels are aorta, veins, capillaries, venules, and arterioles. It has been known for blood vessels to be different in terms of size and functionality. It has been noted for an instance the largest blood vessel to be the aorta while the smallest one to be the capillaries.
It is the role of the blood to distribute beneficial nutrient in the tissues of the body. It is also the work of the blood to assist in the removal of the waste substances from the body. Blood plays a role in the health of the body. Blood cells make sure the body is healthy at all times. The function of the platelets is to help in the healing process of the physical injuries. White blood cells makes the body have immunity. The role of the red blood cells is to transport gasses into and out of the body. The body is vulnerable to dehydration. It has been known for dehydration of the body to occur during summer. Expect the body to sweat through activities such as exercises and businesses. It has been known for the skin to have sweat glands that aid in the excretion of sweat and salts from the body. Dehydration is very dangerous to the body since it can bring problems such as a headache and brain malfunctioning.
It should be our aim to stay in cool places during summer to avoid dehydration. There are a couple of strategies we can employ to make our body hydrated especially in summer. We can hydrate our body during summer by taking a lot of water. It is recommended for one to take eight glasses of water daily to offset dehydration. Our body can be hydrated by taking foods that have high water content such as fruits and vegetables. We should distance ourselves from drinks such as alcohol that can make our body be dehydrated.
